Current market processes are plagued with high amount of  unintelligible facts which provide scope of unethical profiteering. In order to overcome this shortcoming we have put in place a more robust and translucent procedure, which provides a detailed view and flexibility to our customers; thus empowering them to make informed choices.

We begin with assignment of a dedicated decision architect to the project. 

• A brief requirement gathering session along with basic discussion on probable designs is carried out at the project execution site.
• Proper measurement are taken and fed into our data analytics tool.
• Our algorithm generates a comprehensive quotation taking into considering the inputs provided.
• This quotation is shared with customer and explained in detail by decision architect. 
• In accordance to our single follow-up policy, customers are only contacted once post estimation to clarify any doubts.
• On confirmation, advance amount is to be paid to start designing.
• In order to optimize the execution time, we start with pre-procurement of materials and initial work is started after finalizing the inner laminate.
• Concepts of functional designing  is applied to bring more customized and user friendly product. 
• Post design finalization material is procured and transported to the project site. 
• Once pasting of inner laminate is completed at the project site, first installment of the project, which is 50% of final estimate needs to be paid.
• Next installment is requested on completion of wooden carcasses which is 20% of project cost. 
• While wooden carcass is made, design can be altered by customer in case of any changes required, depending upon the feasibility. Also laminate selection is done simultaneously.
• Next installment is to be paid at the start of finishing phase when laminates are pasted on furnitures. This is 20% of the total cost.
• Final installment of 10% of the total cost subtracting advance amount paid is to be released on final handover of the project, post customer acceptance.
• During the complete project execution, regular audit will be performed by the decision architect, providing feedback to customer on status of work.
• We try to achieve maximum efficiency by continuous integration of multiple processes which makes us deliver your project within 45 days from the date of finalization of design.
