Wohn is imagined as a congregation of like minded people who want to follow their passion and work for the overall well being of the community. Most of us have some untapped talent which we always wanted to explore but something kept us away from taking that leap; reasons were mostly the unwarranted risk of loosing out settled life. Wohn is designed to promote such talents, provide people a platform to experiment with out quitting their current job. This makes the initiative very special, by expressing ourselves, our passion, we not only follow our heart, we help people realise there dream.
As a community, we help each other and grow together, and this does come with monetory benefits, we have proper profit sharing model.
The idea of WOHN emerged when we were tricked by an interior designing company. We got introduced to lot of dark secrets of the business which are never spoken. This drove us to bring something which is as good as other products in the market but better in terms of customer experience, both mentally and economically.
In the journey we suffered setback, incur losses but slowly we kept solving issues and kept improving our model. Wohn is founded on the pillars on honesty and we feel proud in being brutally honest. We developed procedures which were more agile , brought in latest technologies to bring down cost thus eliminating lots of middle men and dependencies.
Our aim is to achieve a more sustainable ecosystem where in real workers are benefited along with customers. This promotes micro inclusive growth for weaker section of society. In current situation an average customer is left with two options, either go with self managed approach by handling direct contract with the carpenters providing all the materials, this age old process is time tested and provides best possible results but involves maximum effort and huge cost overruns.
